Hello Backers,
We have been reading comments about tracking information and wanted to share a quick update. Our warehouses had started processing individual shipments a week after our previous update. As it was holiday season and the shipping carriers were running on high capacity we were unable to send out too many packages before Christmas. In December before our warehouses closed for the year end, we could process around 1000 individual shipments.
Warehouse in Hong Kong is now shipping out on an average of 200-300 shipments per day. The tracking information to respective backers is being sent out on daily basis. Incase you have not received an email with tracking information from us then your reward will be picked-up soon and shipped to you.
As mentioned in our earlier updates, the inventory for US warehouse was split between air and ocean cargo. Our warehouse had received the air cargo in December and they have processed most of the inventory and sent out individual rewards. Our ocean cargo which was expected to reach in December was delayed due to extreme weather conditions and is now in on its way from the port to our warehouse, expected to arrive by 10 Jan. This has caused some unexpected delays but we will be able to resume fulfillment from next week and process all the remaining backer rewards within 10 days.

Hello Backers,
We are finally here with probably the most awaited update. Both our United States and Hong Kong warehouses received the inventory last week and have everything set up. The US warehouse started processing individual backer rewards from Friday, 15 December 2017 and the Hong Kong warehouse will start shipping from Wednesday, 20 December 2017. Please be on a lookout for an email from our customer support team for your shipment tracking numbers.
As mentioned in our last update, we have prepared two videos to help you easily and safely use your Golchi. Our first video is "Unboxing of Golchi Bottle" that outlines what you can expect to receive in the Golchi box, how to assemble different configurations and use different features of the Golchi bottle. Hello Backers,
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving break!
We have great news to share with everyone. Your Golchi has already been dispatched from the factory and our warehouses are all prepared to process individual shipments. We have taken meticulous care to package the bottles and arrange logistics so that there are no further delays in the process.
The warehouse in US has received 50% inventory this week and they will be preparing to process individual shipments from next week onwards. The balance 50% inventory for US is in-transit and is expected to reach the warehouse by end of next week.
Our Hong Kong warehouse will be receiving the entire inventory by early next week and will start processing individual shipments by end of the week.
As soon as our warehouses start processing shipments we will send out individual emails with tracking information on daily basis. In these emails, we will also share links to 2 educational videos on unboxing your Golchi and to help you use the product safely. We will share links to these videos in our next update as well.

Hello Backers,
Here is a quick update on the progress in the factory. We are glad to inform that all the pending issues have been sorted and the assembly process for Golchi has already begun.
As we send out the update, factory has already assembled 4000 bottles. Yay!! We estimate that in next 10 days all the bottles will be assembled and shipments will be packed to be sent to our warehouses.
We will be moving the products from our factory to our warehouses in 2 batches. As transit time for US is higher than for Hong Kong, we will first dispatch all the units for our US warehouse and then send the cargo to our Hong Kong warehouse. Fulfillment process from both US and Hong Kong warehouses will start at almost the same time.

Hello Backers,
We have been away for a while but we are back with a quick update. We were unable to respond to messages & comments in the last month as things have been busy managing things on mutliple fronts. Your Golchi has been manufactured but unfortunately it is still in the factory due to the following reasons:
1. Lockdown in Zhejiang Region: The Zhejiang region in China where our manufacturer is based was locked down by the government due to some environmental issues. Unfortunately this meant that the factories in entire province were closed and could not function as usual which delayed the final steps of the manufacturing and product packaging. This lockdown also delayed our SGS and material certification due to which we have been unable to export Golchi out of China. Below are some links to media articles on the severity of the issue:

2. National Day Golden Week Holiday in China: Every year China celebrates a week to 10 days holiday in the beginning of October as the National Day Golden Week. The factories were closed from 30 September to 8 Oct during the Golden week and have resumed work from this week.
Overall our shipping timeline has been delayed by approximately 45 days. We are trying to expedite and cover for the lost time.
We fully understand that these continuous delays are frustrating and create a lot of uncertainty. We have read few of the comments where few backers feel that Golchi will never be delivered and we are a scam. Please be assured that we are here to ensure that you all get your Golchis at the earliest. We are trying our best to keep you informed of things happening at our end and we will continue keep sharing updates with you. Our remaining team is also relocating to China from this week and will be monitoring and ensuring that the products are shipped out at the earliest. We are determined to not leave China until we ourselves witness loading of Golchi bottles in containers for final fulfilment.
